Scrapkit I used is Royally Enchanted By Crazy Lady Scraps and can be purchased HERE
I used this Mask(Just right click and save in your mask folder)

2.Open one of the papers in the kit and resize 70%
3.Paste as a new layer on your white
4.Load mask (I have fit to canvas checked) in supplies or one of your choice and merge group
5.Add Drop shadow
6.Open the curly frame amd resize 60%
7.Paste as new layer
8.Open your tube and resize if necessary
9.Paste as new layer
10.Using your eraser tool erase the bottom part of the tube is its inside the frame
11.Add drop shadow
12.Open one of the flowers and resize 10%
13.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
14.Move to the base of the tube and frame
15.Duplicate a few times and place along the base of the tube
16.Open a different color flower and resize 5%
17.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
18.Move to the flowers at the bottom
19.Duplicate several times and place along the edge of the other flowers
20.Highlight mask layer
21.Open the mirror sticker and resize 40%
22.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
23.Move to the top right
24.Select text tool
25.Add new layer and write text of your choice
26.Add drop shadow
27.Open the crown sticker and resize 5%
28.Paste as new layer add drop shadow
29.Move to the top of the mirror above the words
30.Highlight top layer
31.Open one of the ribbons and resize 10%
32.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
33.Duplicate a couple of times and place around the frame
34.Open one of the butterflys and resize 10%
35.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
36.Move to the top left
37.Duplicate and mirror
38.Move to the bottom right
39.Add copyright and watermark
40.Add your name
41.You can merge visible
