You will need a tube of your choice.
I am using the Poser art of Angie which is available HERE

Font of your choice
Scrapkit I used is Once Upon a Time By Twinky and can be purchased HERE

I used this Mask(Just right click and save in your mask folder)

1.Open a new image 500x500 white

2.Open one of the papers in the kit

3.Paste as a new layer on your white

4.Load mask (I have fit to canvas checked) in supplies or one of your choice and merge group

5.Add drop shadow

6.Open one of the hearts

7.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

8.Move to the top right

9.Open a different heart and resize 10%

10.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

11.Duplicate several times and place around your tag

12.Open one of the buttons and resize 10%

13.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

14.Duplicate several times and place around your tag

15.Open the castle and resize 30%

16.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

17.Move to the top right a little on top of the heart

18.Open your tube and resize if necessary

1.Open a new image 500x500 white

2.Open one of the papers in the kit and resize 70%

3.Paste as a new layer on your white

4.Load mask (I have fit to canvas checked) in supplies or one of your choice and merge group

5.Add drop shadow

6.Open one of the circle frames and resize 50%

7.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

8.Open one of the diamondrain and resize 45%

9.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

10.Move layer below frame layer

11.Highlight top layer

12.OPen the notes and resize 50%

13.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

14.Move to the top left

15.Open doodle 4 and resize 60%

16.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

17.Move to the right of your tag

18.Open one of th curly ribbons and resize 60%

19.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

20.Move so the end is on the one end of the doodle

21.Open one of the roses and resize 15%

22.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

23.Move to the top end of the ribbon

24.Open one of the gems and resize 30%

13.Move tube layer down below frame layer

15.Merge frame layer down with tube layer

16.Move down a little

17.Highlight mask layer

20.Move up a little

21.Highlight top layer

I used this Mask(Just right click and save in your mask folder)

1.Open a new image 500x500 white

2.Open one of the papers in the kit and resize 70%

3.Paste as a new layer on your white

4.Load mask (I have fit to canvas checked) in supplies or one of your choice and merge group

5.Add Drop shadow

6.Open the bead scatter

7.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

8.Open one of the strings

9.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

10.Move to the bottom

11.Open one of the bows and resize 20%

12.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

13.Duplicate a few times and place around your tag

14.Open one of the flowers and resize 20%

15.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

16.Duplicate a couple of times and place around your tag

17.Open a different flower and resize 10%

1.Open a new image 500x500 white

2.Open the journal papers and resize 75%

3.Paste as a new layer and add drop shadow

4.Move to the top right

5.Open one of the dangles and resize 70%

6.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

7.Move to the right

8.Open one of the wraps and resize 55%

9.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

10.Move to the right edge

11.Open one of the bows and resize 30%

12.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

13.Move to the top of the wrap

14.Highlight journal layer

15.Open the fairy dust and resize 50%

16.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

17.Highlight top layer

10.Using your eraser tool erase the bottom part of the tube is its inside the frame

13.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

14.Move to the base of the tube and frame

15.Duplicate a few times and place along the base of the tube

16.Open a different color flower and resize 5%

17.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

18.Move to the flowers at the bottom

19.Duplicate several times and place along the edge of the other flowers

20.Highlight mask layer

21.Open the mirror sticker and resize 40%

23.Move to the top right

16.Merge frame layer down with tube layer

17.Open one of the small bows and resize 10%

18.Hightlight mask layer

19.Paste bow as new layer and add drop shadow

20.Move to the bottom left

21.Duplicate and mirror

22.Highlight the top layer

23.Open the heart dangle and resize 10%

24.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

25.Move to the right

26.Open one of the doodle hearts and resize 10%

27.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

28.Move to the top right over the hearts chains

29.open one of the baby word art and resize 5%

30.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow

31.Move to the heart

32.Open one of the ribbons and resize 10%
