2.Open one of the papers in the kit and resize 70%
3.Paste as a new layer on your white
4.Load mask (I have fit to canvas checked) in supplies or one of your choice and merge group
5.Add drop shadow
6.Free rotate 90 to the right
7.Open hanging beads and resize 40%
8.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
9.Move to the top of the mask
10.Open one of the tulips and resize 40%
11.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
12.Place to the left of the base of the mask
13.Duplicate and mirror
14.Open a different tulip and resize 40%
15.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
16.Move it to the right slightly overlapping the other one
17.Duplicate and mirror
18.Open one of the whirlygigs and resize 40%
19.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
20.Free rotate 45 to the left
21.Place middle left
22.Duplicate and mirror
23.Open one of the organza flowers and resize 10%
24.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
25.Duplicate several times and place around your tag
26.Open a different organza flower and resize 10%
27.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
28.Duplicate several times and place around your tag
29.Open one of the bows and resize 10%
30.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
31.Duplicate a few times and place around your tag
32.Open a different bow and resize 10%
33.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
34.Duplicate a few times and place around your tag
35.Open your tube and resize if necessary
36.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
37.Add copyright and watermark
38.Add your name
39.You can merge visible
