You will need a tube of your choice.
I am using the art by Elias Chatzoudis you can purchase his tubes HERE
Font of your choice
Scrapkit I used is Summer Time by Vassia's Designs and can be purchased HERE
1.Open a new image 500x500 white
2.Open one of the butterfly sprays and resize by 70%
3.Paste as a new layer on your white and add drop shadow
4.Open one of the scratches
5.Paste as new layer
6.Select your magic wand and click inside the scratch
7.Selections/expand by 9
8.Open your tube and resize if neccesary
9.Paste as new layer
10.Selections/invert/delete/select none
11.Move this layer below scratch layer
12.Highlight scratch layer and merge down
13.Open one of the glitter doodles and resize 40%
14.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
15.Move to the top of the frame
16.Duplicate and free rotate 40 to the right
17.Move to the edge of the frame so it overlaps a little with the other one
18.Open one of the flowers and resize 30%
19.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
20.Duplicate a couple of times and place all 3 along the doodle
21.Open one of the bows and resize 30%
22.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
23.Duplicate and move both to the bottom right edge
24.Open one of the lips
25.Paste as new layer and add drop shadow
26.Move to the top left
27.Merge visible
28.Add copyright and watermark
29.Add your name
