Blue Dreams

This tutorial uses no filters

You will need a tube of your choice.I am using the art by Popeye Wong you can get his tubes HERE
Font of your choice

Scrapkit I used is Moonlight by Urban Mermaid Designs and can be purchased HERE

I used this Mask(Just right click and save in your mask folder)

1.Open a new image 600x600 white

2.Open one of the papers in the kit and resize by 90%

3.Paste as a new layer on your white

4.Load mask (I have fit to canvas checked) in supplies or one of your choice and merge group

5.Add drop shadow of your choice, lower opacity to 44%

6.Open star flourish and paste as new layer, add drop shadow

7.Duplicate and mirror and flip.

8.Open heart frame and resize to 85% and paste as a new layer

9.Add drop shadow

10.Open dragonfly and resize by 40%

11.Add as a new layer and add drop shadow

12.Move to top of the frame

13.Open tube and add as a new layer, resize if necessary

14.Place to your liking.

15.Add a drop shadow

16.Merge Visible

17.Add copyright and watermark

18.Add your name, I used A&S Snapper
